Chapel Hill, North Carolina's The Squirrel Nut Zippers will be in Brooklyn this Friday at South Paw along with fellow North Carolina, chaps The Old Ceremony. So polish up your dancing shoes and get ready to move to their Delta blues, gypsy jazz, 1930s-era swing music.
Their once band mate Andrew Bird will not be joining the band for this show but will be headlining Carnegie Hall early in 2009.
